Chris F. Jewett retired from the U.S. Navy in 2010. He then resumed his passion for photography, a hobby which had been instilled in his youth. His nature, landscape and still life photography has appeared in a number of local publications, as well as in exhibits at the Kent Island Federation of Art, Maryland Federation of Art, Dorchester Center of the Arts, Ocean City Center for the Arts, and the Tidewater Camera Club. His prints have sold both as note cards and as framed pieces. Additionally, a number of his still life images are for sale in the Annapolis Collection gallery of Annapolis.
